Package 3: Competitive Preparation (April 21st - June 14th)
Overview:
Duration: 8 weeks (April to mid-June)
Focus: Transitioning to peak performance with power movements, flexibility work, game-speed agility drills, football skills through game simulations, and tournament preparation.
Components:
Strength Training: 2x per week (focus on power movements and flexibility)
Speed and Agility Training: 1x per week (game-speed drills)
Football Skills Training: 1x per week (7-on-7 and 5-on-5 game simulations)
Tournament Preparation: Scrimmages and final tune-ups
