Package 1: Foundation Training (Dec. 8th - February 8th)
Overview:
Duration: 8 weeks (January - mid-February)
Focus: Building a strong foundation through strength training, speed, agility, and football skills development.
Components:
Strength Training: 2x per week
Speed and Agility: 1x per week
Football Skills Training: 1x per week
Club Tryouts: First two weekends of January (7-on-7 and 5-on-5 tournaments).

Pre-Competition Development


Package 2: Pre-Competition Development (Feb. 17th to April 19th)
Overview:

Duration: 8 weeks (mid-February to mid-April)
Focus: Transitioning from foundational strength to explosive power, increasing speed and agility with advanced drills, and enhancing football skills through group and position-based drills.
Components:
Strength Training: 2x per week
Speed and Agility Training: 1x per week
Football Skills Training: 1x per week (group and position-based drills)

Duration: 8 weeks (April to mid-June)
Focus: Transitioning to peak performance with power movements, flexibility work, game-speed agility drills, football skills through game simulations, and tournament preparation.
Components:
Strength Training: 2x per week (focus on power movements and flexibility)
Speed and Agility Training: 1x per week (game-speed drills)
Football Skills Training: 1x per week (7-on-7 and 5-on-5 game simulations)
Tournament Preparation: Scrimmages and final tune-ups
